Your Role
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our wine portfolio and grow our presence within the French & Italian communities, wine retail and corporate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales within HORECA, wine bistros, membership clubs and corporate clients.
  • Present and speak for wine appreciation workshop for B2B partners as well as consumers event.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with French & Italian business communities and key decision-makers.
  • Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction by executing effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain regular contact and follow-up with key clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, events, and new brand launches.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree and eligible for Employment pass application.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales or wine business development experience.
  • Fluent in French or Italian and English (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in F&B or wine industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, target-driven and proactive with excellent follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
