Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and expand Black Copper Legacy's development footprint. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the development landscape, and can turn opportunities into successful ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new development opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners
  • Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and contract discussions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within property development or a related industry
  • Strong network within the development, real estate, or investment sectors is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Self-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
