Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the company's strategic growth and expansion initiatives in the real estate and property management sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and supporting the company's long-term business development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the real estate, co-living, and property management sectors
- Conduct market research and feasibility analysis to support business expansion initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and strategic partners
- Assist management in negotiating partnership agreements and property collaboration opportunities
- Support preparation of business proposals, investment presentations, and project feasibility studies
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to management
- Work closely with internal teams to support project development and implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or related fields
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in property, hospitality, or real estate sectors will be an advantage
