The Business Development Manager APAC is responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing end-to-end process, and driving revenue growth across the APAC region. This requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills to secure new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
What you will be doing
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets across the APAC region.
- Organically growing existing relationships/clients across the region/globe.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions.
- Manage the tender processes, from preparation and submission to post-submission activities, including Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects.
- Analyse tender requirements, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company policies.
What you will need for this position
- Bachelors degree in a Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in working with in the Construction industry and or come from an Engineering background.
- Proven experience in tender management and business development, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and their value to businesses.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tender management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
