We are seeking an AI Solutions Growth Manager to lead business development initiatives and expand our customer base across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on retail, F&B, hospitality, services, and manufacturing.
This is a client-facing, consultative role, ideal for a professional who enjoys engaging senior stakeholders, understanding business challenges, and positioning AI solutions that deliver real operational and commercial value.
Develop new customer opportunities across:
Retail, F&B, service and hospitality sectors (AI Sales, Concierge & Service Agents)
Manufacturing and industrial sectors (AI Trainer Agent)
Conduct discovery discussions with organisations to understand:
Service and operational challenges
Productivity and workforce training gaps
Customer engagement and conversion opportunities
Areas where AI can improve bottom-line performance
Drive business development activities including lead generation, prospect engagement, and relationship building
Secure and qualify demo appointments with key decision makers
Position our company Aitom AI as a trusted, practical and scalable AI solution, aligned to customer needs
Work closely with internal solution and technical teams to support successful engagements
Background in business development, sales, account management, or client engagement
Comfortable engaging business owners, senior managers, and functional leaders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, confident presence
Commercially minded with the ability to link solutions to business outcomes
Experience in retail, hospitality, services, manufacturing, SaaS or enterprise solutions is an advantage
Exposure to AI, digital transformation or technology solutions is a plus, but not mandatory
