Role Purpose:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies within the F&B and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
. Lead and expand sales across cafs, restaurants, central kitchens, distributors, and hotels.
. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
. Identify and develop new markets leveraging industry knowledge and networks.
. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet performance targets.
. Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and new business agreements.
. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
. Manage customer escalations, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
. Provide timely sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to management.
. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve sales, delivery, and operational matters.
Requirements:
. 3-7 years of sales or business development experience in the F&B industry.
. Proven track record in new business development and key account management.
. Strong self-motivation, commercial acumen, and results-driven mindset.
. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
