We are hiring a
Channel Business Development Manager to drive growth, expansion, and strategic partnerships within our Services organization.
This role focuses on building and scaling our channel ecosystem, enabling partners to successfully deliver and sell our services offerings, and driving revenue growth through strong collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to expand and optimize our services partner ecosystem.
- Identify, recruit, and enable new channel partners aligned with our Services organization growth strategy.
- Drive revenue growth through channel-led services engagements and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners.
- Develop joint business plans with partners, including revenue targets, enablement plans, and pipeline development.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and partner success.
- Lead partner enablement initiatives, including training, certifications, and ongoing performance support.
- Monitor partner performance metrics, analyze pipeline and revenue trends, and implement improvement plans where needed.
- Work closely with marketing to develop partner-facing materials, campaigns, and success stories that highlight our services value proposition.
- Continuously optimize channel processes, tools, and engagement models to improve efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in channel development, partner management, or business development within IT, cybersecurity, or technology services.
- Proven experience working with channel partners in a services-driven business model.
- Strong understanding of services organizations, professional services, and managed services environments.
- Demonstrated success in building or scaling channel programs from the ground up.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a global organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
