Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and developing strategies to expand our presence in the interior design and renovation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, property agents, corporate partners and business associates.

• Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies.

• Generate new leads and convert potential customers into successful projects.

• Conduct client meetings, business presentations and project consultations.

• Work closely with the interior design and project management teams.

• Monitor market trends, competitors and potential growth opportunities.

• Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.

• Prepare sales reports, business proposals and performance updates.

• Represent the company professionally at networking events and business meetings.

Job Requirements

• GCE A-Level, Diploma or equivalent qualifications preferred.

• Relevant experience in business development, sales or account management.

• Experience in interior design, renovation, construction or related industries is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
