About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive commercialisation initiatives for software solutions used by both patients and medical professionals, and to lead corporate sales efforts for our medical clinic services. The role combines strategic project execution with hands-on sales and client relationship management.
Commercialisation of Healthcare Software Solutions
Lead and support projects to commercialise digital and software solutions in the healthcare and veterinarian space.
Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions.
Identify and engage potential customers including clinics, group practices, and healthcare institutions as well as individuals.
Work closely with product teams to align product capabilities with market needs.
Manage sales pipeline from prospecting to onboarding.
Track performance metrics and refine strategies to improve adoption and revenue growth.
Corporate Sales - Medical Clinic Services
Drive corporate sales initiatives for the medical clinic, targeting SMEs, corporates, institutional clients and VIPs.
Develop and manage relationships with HR, procurement, and corporate decision-makers.
Prepare proposals, service agreements, and pricing structures tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and manage renewals to ensure long-term partnerships.
Coordinate with clinic operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
Min 1 year of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or healthcare-related commercial roles.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with structured approach to pipeline and project management.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Experience in SaaS, healthcare software, or medical services is a plus.
