Job Description

The Business Development Executive supports the growth of EASE Jobs by identifying new business opportunities, engaging corporate clients, and proposing suitable job advertising and recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for EASE Jobs
• Engage clients to understand their hiring and recruitment needs
• Present suitable job advertising and recruitment solutions to prospective clients
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial materials
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding and implementation
• Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, and follow-ups

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable engaging with clients and discussing business needs
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage
