Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Set up and achieve annual sales and market share targets for the assigned region in Asia, in line with the company's strategic objectives
• Develop distributor's overall capabilities through implementation of distributor's scorecard
• Conduct regular field visits and assist distributors with business development plans
• Work cross functionally with Marketing, Service, Supply Chain and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction
