Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time role based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office presence with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth for Stellar AI's AI voice bot, chatbot, and customer engagement solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also involves ongoing account management, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams (sales, product, and marketing) to align solutions with client needs. The Business Development Executive will track performance metrics, provide market feedback, and contribute to strategy discussions to expand Stellar AI's presence in the region.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong Business acumen with the ability to understand client needs, articulate value propositions, and align solutions with commercial objectives.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to stakeholders and build long-term professional relationships.
- Experience in Account Management, including onboarding clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
- Prior experience in B2B technology, SaaS, AI, or customer engagement solutions is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with strong self-management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office productivity software to track activities and prepare reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
