Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, corporates, and property-related partners
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients requiring office renovation, design, or workspace planning
- Engage prospects to understand their workplace needs and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal design and project teams to align client requirements with proposals
- Prepare basic presentations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients
- Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Attend meetings, site visits, and events when required
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads
Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and engaging corporate clients.
- Good problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Sales, business development, recruitment, or client servicing experience preferred.
- Experience in interior design, construction, real estate, or other B2B industries is an advantage but not required.
