Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, corporates, and property-related partners
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients requiring office renovation, design, or workspace planning
  • Engage prospects to understand their workplace needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with internal design and project teams to align client requirements with proposals
  • Prepare basic presentations, proposals, and follow-ups with clients
  • Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
  • Attend meetings, site visits, and events when required
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and engaging corporate clients.
  • Good problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Sales, business development, recruitment, or client servicing experience preferred.
  • Experience in interior design, construction, real estate, or other B2B industries is an advantage but not required.
