Business Development Executive (SME)

Basic information:

• Salary: Basic + Commissions + Bonuses (Attractive salary package!)
• Location: Chinatown
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9.30am-6.30pm

Job scope:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with loan brokers, agents, referral partners, and SME clients to drive quality business referrals.
• Assess SME clients financial health, creditworthiness, and business viability, preparing preliminary evaluations for credit approval.
• Structure, negotiate, and manage SME loans in line with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Guide clients through the end-to-end loan process, provide financial advice, and ensure timely support and documentation.
• Monitor loan portfolios, identify early credit risks, and coordinate with collections to manage repayments and mitigate defaults.
