Job Description

Job Overview:

The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring a superior customer experience. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for furniture and home dcor. The Sales Executive will assist customers in selecting the right furniture pieces, provide product information, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish. Our goal is to help our customers create beautiful and comfortable homes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on furniture selection

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up

2. Sales:

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

- Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing

- Assist customers in completing purchases, including processing payments and arranging delivery

3. Product Knowledge

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the store's product offerings, including new arrivals and promotions.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor product

- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers

4. Store Operations:

- Ensure merchandise is presented in an attractive and organized manner

- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting stock checks

Participate in store merchandising and display efforts

5. Administrative Tasks:

- Manage customer records and update the customer database

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively

- Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall business objectives

Job Requirements / Criteria:

  • Singaporeans / PRs preferred
  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent higher qualifications will be an advantage
  • Prior retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, home dcor, or lifestyle products, is a bonus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed, and professional in appearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets
  • Good team player with initiative and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with handling basic administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, payment processing)
  • Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
