We are seeking motivated and driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth across regional markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional who thrives in an industrial B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Development
. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in heavy equipment, mining machinery, and related industrial sectors.
. Manage relationships with dealers, contractors, fleet owners, and end-users.
. Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to close deals.
Pipeline Management
. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calls, referrals, and market research.
. Track and report sales activities, leads, and opportunities in a structured manner.
. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Development
. Support market penetration in Singapore, China, Indonesia, and other regional markets.
. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events to generate leads.
. Gather competitor intelligence and provide feedback to management.
Collaboration
. Work closely with the Marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
. Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely delivery and aftersales support for clients.
. Support Business Development Manager and Sales Manager in strategic accounts when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
. 2-5 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or other industrial products.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client accounts.
. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with travel.
. Fluency in English (and Mandarin for China posting, Bahasa for Indonesia posting, will be an advantage).
