Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to grow Natoma's contract cleaning business in sectors such as healthcare, event support , contract cleaning, commercial offices, industrial parks, and condominiums.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you will identify prospects, meet decision-makers, understand site requirements, prepare quotations, close deals, and manage the handover to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in sectors such as healthcare, event support , contract cleaning, corporate offices, factories, warehouses, and residential properties
- Conduct site visits to understand cleaning scope, manpower needs, equipment, and service frequency
- Gather client requirements and work with operations to design the right cleaning solution
- Prepare and submit professional quotations and proposals
- Present Natoma's services to facility managers, building owners, procurement teams, and property managers
- Negotiate pricing and close long-term contract cleaning deals
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until conversion
- Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth handover to operations team
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Track opportunities and update CRM or sales records
- Represent Natoma at networking events, property meetings, and industry gatherings
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 2-5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in facilities management, cleaning services, event support , contract cleaning, pest control, is highly preferred
- Strong ability to understand site requirements and translate them into service solutions
- Experience in quotation preparation and contract negotiation
- Comfortable doing cold calling, site visits, and face-to-face meetings
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
