Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end sales process, from contact to contract, to closing deals.
- Conduct research and identify potential clients, market segments, industries, potential business opportunities, market demands
- Fix appointments and handle customer engagement
- Prepare and deliver presentations while gathering feedbacks.
- Develop rapport with existing and potential clients, understanding their business objectives and needs.
- Work closely with the team to develop business plans and strategies to achieve team target as a whole
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Good understanding of the recruitment market
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
