Job Description: Business Development Executive

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Candidates to join our team, to sell digital app advertising space to merchants. The Candidates will play a vital role in presenting and promoting Piiink solutions to merchants, driving revenue growth and establishing strong partnerships. This role demands a proactive, persuasive, and customer-focused individual with a passion for digital marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and acquire new merchants to promote and sell digital advertising space for Piiink.
2. Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of Piiink community app with a built-in loyalty programme to merchants
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to reach and exceed sales weekly and monthly targets
4. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics
5. Comprehend merchants&apos business needs and tailor Piiink proposals accordingly
6. Negotiate and close agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
7. Provide onboarding support to merchants and facilitate the implementation of their advertising campaigns
8. Collaborate with the Liiink Management to provide feedback on merchant needs and market trends
9. Candidates will have to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and report sales performance metrics
10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our Piiink solutions
Key Requirements:
1. Proven track record in sales, either with related digital advertising industry or from other industries
2. Ideal to have experience in digital marketing concepts although not necessary,such as mobile advertising, and social media marketing. Nevertheless, product training will be provided
3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to articulate Piiink concepts in a simple and compelling manner
4. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value to merchants
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
6. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a sales team and with cross-functional teams
7. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships
8. Flexibility to adapt to evolving market conditions and customer demands
