Job Description

Are you a results-driven professional with a knack for technical sales and a vision for leadership We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our project sales portfolio.

In this role, you won't just be selling products you'll be managing high-level relationships and shaping our brand's digital presence. For the right candidate, this position is a fast track to a macro-level leadership role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Growth: Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand our market share in the lift and escalator sector.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, architects, and contractors to secure project sales and ensure seamless delivery.

  • Marketing & Digital Presence: Lead the creation of marketing collateral and oversee the development/maintenance of the company website to enhance brand visibility.

  • Strategic Networking: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry players to stay ahead of upcoming tenders and projects.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client specifications and safety standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the lift, escalator, or vertical transportation industry is highly preferred.

  • Technical Savvy: While you are a salesperson first, an understanding of technical specifications (or the ability to learn them quickly) is a significant advantage.

  • Marketing Flair: Proficiency in creating marketing materials and a solid understanding of website development/CMS management.

  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into client-focused solutions.

  • Growth Mindset: We are looking for someone who wants more than just a desk job-you should have the ambition to step into a leadership role.
