Sales & Business Growth: Identify and capture new business opportunities to expand our market share in the lift and escalator sector.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, architects, and contractors to secure project sales and ensure seamless delivery.
Marketing & Digital Presence: Lead the creation of marketing collateral and oversee the development/maintenance of the company website to enhance brand visibility.
Strategic Networking: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry players to stay ahead of upcoming tenders and projects.
Proposal Development: Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client specifications and safety standards.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the lift, escalator, or vertical transportation industry is highly preferred.
Technical Savvy: While you are a salesperson first, an understanding of technical specifications (or the ability to learn them quickly) is a significant advantage.
Marketing Flair: Proficiency in creating marketing materials and a solid understanding of website development/CMS management.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into client-focused solutions.
