Job Summary:
Strategic consulting leadership role driving business growth, delivering end-to-end strategy projects, and supporting regional clients across Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic consulting services, including business and organizational strategy development and execution support.
- Lead business development initiatives by identifying opportunities and preparing proposals, with a strong focus on project origination.
- Deliver consulting engagements from strategy formulation through implementation and execution support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while overseeing project delivery and stakeholder management.
- Travel to ASEAN markets such as Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines as required to support client engagements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, with experience at Manager level.
- Proven experience in strategic consulting, including business strategy and organizational strategy, covering both planning and execution phases.
- Demonstrated capability in business development and acquiring new projects is an added advantage.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to originate, propose, and win new consulting engagements.
- Ability to engage effectively in both strategy planning and hands-on execution support.
- Proficiency in English for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in or strong interest in Southeast Asia-focused projects is an added advantage.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel overseas for regional assignments.
