To support our business expansion, we are seeking to hire a dynamic and result-driven candidate who will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and building long lasting relationship with customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve company set goals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new sales leads, understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions to meet customer objectives
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and systems
- Work closely with cross functional teams to following through sales
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor landscapes
- Any other duties as may be assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) is an advantage
- Non-engineering candidates with strong sales experience will also be considered
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experiences and with proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Preferable with experience in automation, industrial equipment, conveyors, robotics, electrical & control systems, or related industries
- Able to read or interpret basic technical specifications or drawings (optional but an advantage)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good customer relationship management
- Ability to prepare quotations and proposals
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to understand customer pain points
- Possess a valid driving licence (class 3)
- Computer literate (Excel, Words, PowerPoints, CRM tools)
