Support the development of promotional materials, rate boards, and digital content.
Coordinate with management on seasonal campaigns (holiday seasons, travel peaks).
Understand and adhere to local regulatory requirements (AML/KYC, central bank guidelines).
Ensure all sales practices follow compliance standards.
Educate clients on required documentation and ensure accurate verification.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and weekly performance reports.
Prepare business development presentations and insights on customer trends.
Document corporate agreements, customer profiles, and sales activities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Experience in money changing, banking, FX brokerage, remittance, or financial services (1-3 years preferred).
Knowledge of AML/KYC guidelines is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
