The Role We're looking for someone with a creative or design background who wants to grow into business development and marketing. You'll work directly with the Managing Director to drive lead generation, manage outreach campaigns, and maintain our digital presence. This is ideal for someone who understands design but is excited about the business side of a creative practice.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients aligned with our services
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build contacts and identify opportunities
- Execute outreach campaigns using CRM tools and email sequencing
- Manage and update the company website with projects, case studies, and content
- Track leads through the sales pipeline and follow up systematically
- Maintain CRM data and generate pipeline reports
- Support proposal preparation with the creative team
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in any client-facing, sales, or marketing role
- Interest in the business side of design and creative industries
- Comfortable learning CRM platforms and website content tools
- Strong written communication for outreach and content
- Personable and confident in networking situations
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Resourceful with productivity tools and open to new technologies
What We Offer
- $4,000 - $5,000/month depending on experience
