Job Outline
You will be responsible for developing and executing annual marketing plans for assigned products or portfolios to drive market share growth within the allocated budget. You will also manage A&P expenditures effectively while ensuring clear brand positioning and differentiation within respective therapeutic areas.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, conceptualize, and execute marketing campaigns and collateral rollouts
- Monitor and analyze product performance, including market ranking, share, penetration, and growth trends
- Formulate and implement product sales plans, including competitive strategies and key selling messages to drive revenue and profitability
- Ensure effective budget control and optimal utilization of marketing expenses
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, including positioning, target segmentation, pricing strategy, and A&P allocation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Management reserves the right to amend responsibilities as required to meet business needs
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- No prior experience required training and mentorship will be provided
- Candidates with strong involvement or achievements in sports or co-curricular activities will have an added advantage
- Strong team player with good communication, interpersonal skills, and a driven, persistent mindset
- Personal transport is not required
