Professional Representation
Represent the hotel professionally by upholding proper grooming standards, conduct, and the ability to present the hotel product and services effectively.
Sales Operations
Daily Activities: Conduct telemarketing, sales calls, hotel visits, entertainment, and virtual presentations.
Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads/prospects and establish new accounts to grow the client base.
Client Relations: Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients through sales calls and regular site inspections to maintain loyalty.
Enquiry Management: Manage leads and enquiries and provide suitable solutions promptly.
Systems & Reporting
Tools: Be familiar and diligent with various company systems and sales tools (e.g., property management system, CRM, booker loyalty).
Communication: Provide timely updates to superior and team on activities and market information.
Analysis: Review account portfolio regularly and present to management to provide analysis of each account and forward action plans.
Compliance & Collections
SOPs: Compliance with statutory regulations and internal guidelines/SOPs.
Finance: Follow up with clients whose payments are outstanding and overdue.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing.
