Job Description

As a Business Development Executive Total Experience (TX), you will be

part of the regional HCLSoftware team supporting initiatives that strengthen

our Total Experience (TX) strategy across assigned territories. This role

provides an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on

exposure to market analysis, leading partner and customer ecosystems

engagement, and program execution within a global software organization.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help identify

opportunities, implement initiatives, and contribute to building sustainable

growth programs that enhance customer and partner experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

Market and Opportunity Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends,

customer needs, and partner opportunities within assigned territories.

Program Coordination: Support the planning and execution of initiatives

that drive Total Experience strategies and engagement.

Partner Engagement: Lead in building ecosystem partners, including

resell, build (ISV), and delivery partners.

Customer Collaboration: Support initiatives that improve customer

experience and foster co-innovation opportunities.

Strategy Support: Contribute to the development and execution of mid- to

long-term business initiatives aligned with HCLSoftware's Total Experience

vision.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of projects,

actions, and results to support governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Attributes

Recent graduate (or final-year student) from any discipline; backgrounds in

business, technology, or communications are advantageous.

Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), while other ASEAN or East Asian

countries languages in the region is a plus but not mandatory.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research abilities.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Curious, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Productivity tools (spreadsheet, presentation, document);

familiarity with collaboration or CRM tools is a plus
