We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to join our recruitment team. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new client opportunities, nurturing relationships, and supporting recruitment operations to ensure successful placements.
1. Sales & Client Acquisition
Prospect, canvass, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, door-knocking, networking, and online outreach.
Present recruitment solutions and service offerings to potential clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts.
Understand clients hiring needs and provide tailored manpower solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for all client-related matters.
3. Recruitment Coordination
Work closely with internal recruiters to meet clients staffing needs.
Ensure timely delivery of shortlisted candidates.
Follow up with candidates and clients on interview arrangements and placement status.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Identify new sectors and revenue opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to management.
5. Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, client interactions, and billing status.
Prepare weekly business development reports.
Meet monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
Diploma or Degree preferred.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment (agency environment is an advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, persistent, and results-driven.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with fieldwork such as canvassing and door-to-door visits when required.
