Business Development Executive

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive to drive revenue for our Project Department. You will leverage our extensive facility, R&D capabilities, and strong brand reputation to secure high-value contracts in the Commercial, Industrial, and Architectural sectors.

Office Location: Near Joon Koon MRT station
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Project Acquisition: Source and secure new project opportunities with developers, architects, and M&E consultants, focusing on our range of LED and Smart Lighting solutions.

• Tender Management: Lead the submission of project tenders, including site visits and technical assessments to ensure our solutions meet project specifications.

• Technical Consultation: Provide clients with in-depth product knowledge, highlighting our compliance with international standards (IEC) and local certifications (SS531, Green Mark).

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain proactive relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, and project managers to ensure ES-Team is the preferred lighting partner.

• Team Development: Identify market trends and collaborate with the Project/Contractor Team to expand our business portfolio and achieve aggressive growth targets.

• Site Leadership: Manage the transition from sales to execution by attending site visits and ensuring project requirements are clearly communicated to our technical design and warehouse teams.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Past experience in Corporate or Project Sales is highly preferred. Experience specifically within the lighting, electrical, or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) industries is a significant advantage.

• Technical Literacy: Ability to understand technical specifications and certifications (BCA Work Head SY05, Green Mark requirements, etc.).

• Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle to facilitate site visits and client meetings (a competitive vehicle allowance will be provided).

• Communication: Highly proficient in English with strong negotiation skills.

• Education: Minimum O-Level or equivalent Diploma in Business or Engineering is preferred.

• Mindset: A proactive hunter mentality with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented facility.
