Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development & Accounts Manager to drive new business growth and manage key client relationships.
This role combines business development and account management responsibilities, requiring the ability to acquire new clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's presence across targeted industries.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within logistics, food manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Ensure successful project execution through coordination with internal teams
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
Solution Development and Coordination
- Understand client requirements and operational challenges
- Develop and propose customized cold chain solutions
- Work closely with operations and external vendors to ensure delivery and fulfilment
- Support sourcing and coordination efforts where required
Regional Exposure
- Support business development and account management activities across Southeast Asia where applicable
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in logistics, cold chain, food distribution, pharmaceutical, or industrial solutions is an advantage
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven
