Business Development Executive (Freelance)

Location: Singapore (Hybrid - Bi-weekly office collaboration)
Remuneration: 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped Incentives)

GYK TalenSync is a Singapore-based talent solutions firm specializing in bespoke recruitment services. We are looking for high-energy, result-oriented Freelance Business Development Executives to expand our corporate client base. If you have a passion for sales and a strong professional network, this is a platform for you to build a lucrative income stream.

The Role:-

As a Freelance BDE, your primary objective is to identify and secure new business partnerships. You will act as the bridge between companies looking for talent and our specialized recruitment delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Market Expansion: Identify and prospect potential corporate clients in need of recruitment and HR solutions.

  • Lead Generation: Cold-call, network, and leverage LinkedIn to set up discovery meetings with hiring managers and HR Directors.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and present GYK TalenSync's recruitment services as the solution.

  • Contract Negotiation: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to the signing of Service Agreements (SA).

  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term rapport with acquired clients to ensure repeat business and account growth.

Job Requirements:-

  • Experience: Prior experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Account Management, or Business Development is highly preferred.

  • Communication: Exceptional business communications skills to conduct professional business presentations and negotiations.

  • Network: An existing network of HR professionals or business owners in Singapore will be a distinct advantage.

  • Commitment: Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month partnership to effectively build and nurture a sales pipeline.

  • Mindset: A self-starter who is comfortable with a 100% commission-based structure and enjoys the autonomy of freelance work.
