We focus on delivering engineered solutions for temperature-sensitive supply chains, particularly in complex transit and storage environments across Southeast Asia.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Regional Sales Engineer to drive business growth across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

This role combines technical understanding with commercial execution, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, design suitable solutions, and coordinate internally and externally to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia
  • Engage clients to understand technical and operational requirements
  • Propose and customise cold chain packaging and storage solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure feasibility and execution
  • Coordinate with vendors for sourcing and solution configuration
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project delivery
  • Support key accounts and ensure client satisfaction post-implementation
  • Provide technical advice and solution recommendations to clients

Requirements

  • Background in cold chain, logistics, engineering, or supply chain will be advantageous
  • Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into practical solutions
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Experience managing regional clients is an advantage
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Attributes

  • Familiarity with vendor sourcing and coordination
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with commercial awareness
  • Ability to manage both technical discussions and business negotiations
