Position: Business Development (Employee Benefit)

We are looking for driven people to work in business development in our team. This position provides the chance to collaborate closely with corporateclients, helping them with business solutions and employee benefits. Successful applicants will receive organized training andexperience in business growth, corporate advisory, and client management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Client interaction and business development strategies.
• Establish and preserve connections with corporate clients. (MNCs and SMEs)
• Recognize client needs and suggest appropriate company and employee benefitoptions.
• Help with the administration and maintenance of current customer accounts.
• Take part in training and development initiatives to expand your understandingof the sector.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• A strong interest in client management andbusiness development.
• Previous sales or customer service experiencewill be advantageous.
