Key Responsibilities
1. Entity Follow-ups & Operational Tracking
. Maintain a central tracker for all entitiesunder the group
. Follow up regularly with entity leads on:
- Operational updates
- Financial performance
- Key deliverables and deadlines
. Flag delays, risks, or gaps to the COO early
. Ensure action items from meetings are completedon time
. Prepare weekly/monthly summary reports acrossentities
2. New Business & Investment Support
. Assist in researching new business opportunitiesand investments
. Analyze:
- Market size and trends
- Competitors and benchmarks
- Business models and revenue streams
. Support due diligence by gathering andorganizing key data
. Help outline how to run new businesses:
- Basic operating model
- Key processes
- Initial KPIs
. Track progress of new ventures post-launch
3. Best Practices & Performance Improvement
. Research best in class companies acrossindustries
. Identify what makes them successful:
- Operations
- Growth strategies
- Cost structures
. Translate insights into actionable ideas forgroup entities
. Support implementation of improvements acrossbusinesses
. Build simple frameworks or playbooks for scalingoperations
Reporting & Coordination
. Work directly with the Group COO
. Coordinate with entity CEOs / managers
. Act as a central communication point forfollow-ups

. Strong organizational and follow-up skills
. Ability to manage multiple projects at once
. Good business judgment and analytical thinking
. Comfortable with research and summarizinginsights
. Clear communication (written and verbal)
