Business Development Director Job Duties:

• Experience in business development of Security Agency
• Able to travel to India frequently
• Station in both Singapore & India
• Meet the requirements set by PLRD to be Director of Security Agency
• Assists top management in setting goals that promote company growth
• Provides advice and guidance to colleagues
• Develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Improves existing systems and policies
• Works closely with other departments
• Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness
• Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees
• Liaise with company top management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
• Review financial information and adjust Company's budgets to promote profitability
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
• Evaluate overall performance of the company by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
• Strong Legal Knowledge to advise top management of the Company
• Able to work during weekend and public holiday to meet client and tender interview
