What You'll Be Doing
- Meet Business Owners & Decision-Makers - Build real relationships with SME owners and key decision-makers through face-to-face meetings across Singapore (Outdoor sales)
- Consult & Qualify Clients - Use a structured A-to-Z qualification approach to deeply understand each client's business challenges and goals before recommending solutions
- Pitch Tailored Digital Solutions - Present customised strategies across our full suite: Google SEM (Paid Ads), SEO, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Landing Pages & Websites
- Back Your Pitch with Real Data - Use our in-house technology platform to show clients real-time impression, conversion, and click data - your proposals are always data-driven
- Hit & Exceed Monthly Targets - The more you achieve, the more you earn - with uncapped commissions and monthly incentives (up to SGD x,xxx/month) to reward your performance
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, IT, or any related field
- Fluent in Mandarin and English(we serve a significant Mandarin-speaking client base - this is key!)
- Self-motivated, energetic, and genuinely enjoys meeting people
- Coachable with a growth mindset - you're open to feedback and always want to improve
