As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will focus primarily on executing our proven SEO, SEM, and GEO/AEO strategies. We already have strong practices in place, and we need a reliable partner to take on some of the load. While some training is provided, you will need to hit the ground running to help our team deliver tangible results to our clients.
Conduct keyword research, opportunity finding, and execute website evaluations and audits.
Implement SEO best practices and optimize content for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO).
Develop and execute effective link-building, guest posting, and link insertion strategies to boost domain authority.
Assist in the setup, optimization, tracking, and monitoring of search engine marketing campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing and monitor data to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI.
Collaborate with the team on website and funnel improvements that boost conversions and user experience.
Execute general digital marketing strategies focused on lead acquisition optimization.
Reporting & Client Management
Generate transparent, actionable performance reports.
Communicate effectively to support internal team coordination and client success.
Assist client servicing team,
Join and lead in select client meetings
Propose ideas and lead projects to increase conversions for our clients through any area of digital marketing,
Collect link-building prospects for clients whenever necessary and learn the art of outreaches,
Onboard new clients
AI and Digital Marketing Trends
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies,
Assist with Big Wall Digital website and SEO improvements,
Explore methods to enhance website's user interface and user experience, as well as optimising for conversion rate optimization,
Assist team with other ad hoc tasks or projects.

What We're Looking For
Highly conscientious, reliable, and detail-oriented - you take ownership of your tasks and ensure they are done right.
Excellent communication skills to support client interactions and team collaboration - you must be a team player.
A solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Link Building, and general digital marketing principles.
If you have no/ limited experience in digital marketing, an immense interest and prior experience in learning digital marketing in a CET/ Professional certification Training programme is accepted. Please state the programme you have attended in the application
Exceptional English literacy and editing skills, driven by a relentless eye for factual accuracy and formatting.
Strong analytical judgment to dictate overarching strategy while letting tools handle basic execution.
A genuine curiosity about new technologies and a proactive approach to solving complex technical marketing problems.
Highly self-motivated and diligent, with excellent time management skills required to thrive in a fully remote, asynchronous environment
