- Watch assigned video content and accumulate 100 hours of total watch time within one month
- Analyse the content and develop original, high-quality ideas for future YouTube videos
- Submit your ideas via email after completing the 100-hour requirement
Selection Process
There is no traditional interview required.
Instead, candidates will be evaluated based on the quality, creativity, and relevance of their submitted video ideas.

Compensation & Progression
- Selected individuals will receive payment for their time and contributions
- Opportunities to contribute to future content creation and video development
- Hired individuals will be put on company's payroll with CPF contributions
- Hired individuals are paid based on time spent replaying videos while brainstorming for new content pay per hour(basic pay)
Work Flexibility (After Selection)
- Full-time: Minimum 360 hours/month
- Part-time: Minimum 180 hours/month
- Ad-hoc: 1-2 hours/day
