Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for business on new demands requiring technology or operations enablement.
  • Prioritize business requests and co-create business roadmap with relevant segments.
  • Support project pipeline, pre-project planning activities, and prioritization.
  • Drive effective business change by building strong relationships with business leaders and technology partners.
  • Develop high-level solutions to illustrate feasibility of achieving target business outcomes.
  • Align solutions with organizational technology roadmap and strategy in consultation with architecture and technology teams.
  • Collaborate with business users and internal technology teams to define and analyze requirements.
  • Initiate implementation plans for projects, including operational and technical readiness.
  • Scope and evaluate new initiatives, considering scalability, maintainability, cost, and risk.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (analysts, architects, testing) to clarify requirements.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of solutions and review test scenarios.
  • Support user acceptance testing and address issues from a business perspective.
  • Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate and provide regular updates on critical production incidents impacting operations.
  • Review system stability, responsiveness, and incident root causes with business teams.
  • Track continuous improvement initiatives and resolve BAU system challenges early.
  • Monitor service level fulfillment and close gaps where needed.
  • Build processes to measure benefits and align resources to initiatives with highest ROI.
  • Improve systems by analyzing current practices and designing modifications.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or equivalent.Minimum 5-8 years of relevant banking and/or consulting experience.Strong business domain knowledge in banking (Trade Finance).
  • Proven quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills.
  • Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions.
  • Resourceful team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with change management and project management fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate, diligent, and resilient with ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Experience in scoping and evaluation of initiatives, including risk assessment.
