You'll work closely with
Data Engineers and
Data Scientists to identify inefficiencies, recommend automation opportunities, and deliver clear documentation that drives process efficiency. If you're passionate about process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and enabling data-driven solutions, this role is for you!
What You'll Do
- Understand current data processes and manage stakeholders across Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
- Analyse workflows and identify areas for automation to reduce manual effort.
- Deliver clear documentation of workflows, requirements, and process improvements.
- Liaise between engineering and business teams to ensure alignment.
- Support the Data Engineering team in setting up and optimizing data pipelines.
Must-Have Skills
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Project Management: Ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Process Analysis & Documentation: Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging with technical and business stakeholders, ideally within data functions.
Preference will be given to those who have this experience:
- Experience setting up processes with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Background in finance or enterprise environments where governance and compliance are critical.
