Job Description

Join a leading global insurer as a Business Analyst on a 6-month contract, driving system enhancements and product-related change across life insurance platforms. You'll work closely with IT, Product, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business and product needs into clear, testable system requirements and user stories support grooming and backlog management in an Agile environment
  • Lead and execute testing activities (test cases, execution, defect triage) for system enhancements, workflows, and campaigns
  • Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, accurate requirement alignment, and successful release outcomes

Critical Requirements:

  • 3+ years insurance industry experience with 2+ years in a Business Analyst / systems or testing role
  • Strong technical analysis skills - Requirements documentation, process mapping, system behaviour understanding, and hands-on testing experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across large teams, influence stakeholders, and operate independently in an Agile setting
