Your challenge:
- Drive measurable product outcomes by turning data into actionable recommendations.
- Perform market research to define the problem space and quantify the opportunity.
- Review current solutions to surface differentiation opportunities and potential synergies.
- Run user interviews and synthesize insights to shape a clear problem statement.
- Establish success criteria, select the right metrics, and build dashboards to monitor them.
- Assess postlaunch performance to pinpoint improvement areas and next iterations.
- Evaluate change requests for impact, validating scope, effort, and resource needs.
What we are looking for:
- 5 years experience as a Business Analyst delivering solutions on Agile projects.
- Must have government projects/public sector experience.
- Holds a PMP certification or has demonstrable handson practice applying project management disciplines.
- Degree/ Dip in an IT related field or Business related/ Product Management fields
- Demonstrated track record of gathering, synthesizing, and interpreting data to produce actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Full lifecycle experience collaborating with product teams to design, build, and launch products.
- Thrives under pressure, works independently, and prioritizes effectively to meet tight deadlines.
