Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Drive key product outcomes by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct comprehensive market and business analyses to define the problem space, assess opportunity size, and inform product direction.
• Evaluate existing solutions and workflows to identify gaps, synergies, and opportunities for innovation.
• Lead user interviews and research activities to gather insights and develop well-defined problem statements.
• Define success metrics, establish KPIs, and build dashboards to track product performance.
• Analyse post-release results to identify enhancement opportunities and guide continuous improvement.
• Assess the impact and feasibility of requested changes, including resource requirements and prioritisation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including hands-on involvement in Agile projects.
• Strong experience working on government or public sector projects, with a clear understanding of regulatory, compliance, and stakeholder landscapes.
• Demonstrated background in project management PMP certification or equivalent practical experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to collect, analyse, and synthesise qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
• End-to-end product lifecycle experience, working closely with product, technical, and business teams to deliver solutions.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, Information Systems, or related disciplines preferred.
