Business Analyst, Core Banking Platforms (Avaloq)
Required Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory:
Hands on experience with Avaloq as a Business Analyst (parameterization/configuration, release processes, and functional design).
- 710 years of BA experience in wealth/private banking or core banking platforms, including cross border rollouts and complex integrations.
- Proven track record delivering in Agile / Waterfall environments (scrum, backlog management, story writing, acceptance criteria)
- Strong UAT leadership, defect triage, and data validation skills; familiarity with automated regression testing practices is a plus.
- Working knowledge of banking processes and controls (payments, securities, lending/deposits, corporate actions, fees).
- Excellent stakeholder management across business, operations, risk, and technology; crisp documentation and communication skills.
- Candidates with Avaloq certifications (e.g., ACP) and experience across both CTB and RTB release cycles will be prioritized.
