Job Title: Business Analyst Reinsurance & Claims

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our client's team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in reinsurance, claims processing, and underwriting, and will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for reinsurance, claims, and underwriting processes.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications for IT and operations teams.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions with business users and technical teams.
- Support process improvements and system enhancements for claims management and underwriting workflows.
- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and business standards in all project deliverables.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance or reinsurance domain.
- Strong exposure to reinsurance processes, claims handling, and underwriting operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with documenting functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and use cases.
- Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance systems and digital tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
