Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end transformation programmes including policy administration system upgrades, portfolio migrations, and digital distribution initiatives across life insurance businesses.
- Translate distribution or underwriting business requirements into functional specifications while working closely with technology and delivery teams.
- Analyse and optimise insurance processes, systems, and operating models to support automation, scalability, and improved customer journeys.
Critical Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or transformation roles within insurance, insurance consulting, reinsurance, or brokerage environments.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, particularly distribution channels, underwriting workflows, or policy administration systems.
- Experience supporting technology-driven change initiatives such as platform migrations, digital distribution tools, or process automation projects.
Prior experience supporting transformation initiatives within insurers, reinsurers, or brokers will be highly valued.
