Reinsurance Business Analyst (Singapore)

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with strong Treaty & Facultative Reinsurance expertise to support a large-scale core system replacement and digital transformation programme.

This role requires hands-on experience across underwriting workflows, technical accounting, claims (Treaty & Fac), retrocession, and regulatory reporting (including IFRS 17).

Key Requirements

• 7+ years in Reinsurance with exposure to both Treaty & Facultative
• Proven involvement in core system implementation or modernisation initiatives
• Strong process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with underwriting, finance, risk, IT, and vendors
• Exposure to platforms such as SAP FS-RI, SICS, TIA, or similar reinsurance systems is advantageous
