Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst based in Singapore, with flexibility to work from home on specific days. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and identifying areas for process improvements. Additional responsibilities involve collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making, and supporting project delivery by ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and interpret business performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including process mapping, requirement gathering, and performing gap analysis.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with stakeholders, prepare reports, and present findings effectively.
• Understanding of Business Processes and the ability to analyze and improve operational workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to define and document clear and actionable Business Requirements.
• Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and software is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
