Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the time. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and identifying areas for improvement to drive efficiency. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, communicating findings, and providing actionable recommendations to support business objectives. Additional responsibilities may include contributing to decision-making processes and assisting with the implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis, with the ability to evaluate data and identify trends to support decision-making
  • Strong understanding of Business Processes and the ability to evaluate and improve existing workflows
  • Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements to align with organizational goals
  • Effective Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Adaptability and capability to work in a hybrid environment (both in-office in Singapore and remotely)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated attention to detail
