Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst, located in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely and on-site. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, optimize business processes, and provide insights to improve operations. Other responsibilities include creating detailed documentation, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and solving problems
  • Experience in Business Analysis and understanding Business Requirements
  • Proficiency in Business Process optimization and development
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with small business operations and challenges is an advantage
